Regular Share

A Regular Share Account is the account that makes you a member of the Credit Union and eligible for other Credit Union services. It takes a deposit of $25 to open a Regular Share Account. You must maintain this $25 balance to maintain your membership at the Credit Union. You may deposit to and withdraw funds from this account at any time, as long as a minimum balance of $25 remains in the account. The Credit Union pays monthly dividends of 1.0% and 1.25% depending on amount deposited, declared by the Board of Directors. The dividends are paid on the average daily balance for the month.

Term Share (CD)

Term Share Accounts (Certificates of Deposit) are available for terms of 6, 12 or 24 months. Dividends are paid on the last day of the calendar month and at maturity. Call for current rates.

Share Draft (Checking)

The Share Draft (Checking) Accounts require a minimum deposit of $50 to open. The member must be at least 18yrs old to open the account. The Share Draft Account allows you to write an unlimited number of checks. The checks are duplicate checks, and you do not receive your checks back, but you do receive a monthly statement detailing all the checks that have cleared your account. Overdraft protection from your Regular Share Account is available.

Christmas Club Account

A Christmas Club Account is a special savings account designed to help you save money for Christmas. You can open this account with a deposit of $5. You can only make deposits to this account; no withdrawals are allowed. The Credit Union pays monthly dividends that are declared by the Board of Directors. The dividends are paid on the average daily balance for the month. On or about October 15 of each year, the Credit Union will mail you a check for the balance in the account, less $5 to keep the account open for the next year.
